Annmarie Chiarello

Annmarie Chiarello is a shareholder in Winstead's Restructuring & Insolvency Practice Group.  Annmarie’s practice focuses primarily on commercial bankruptcy and restructuring matters in numerous industries, including: oil and gas, retail, hospitality, real estate, and healthcare.  Annmarie also represents parties in bankruptcy-related litigation and appeals.

Annmarie’s experience includes representing and counseling secured lenders, purchasers, debtors, lessors, landlords, trade creditors, trustees, and financial institutions in a wide variety of liquidation and reorganization proceedings.

• Represented senior lender and DIP lender in a real estate bankruptcy (N.D. Tex. 22-42943)
• Assisted in the representation of an automotive company during its bankruptcy (N.D. Tex. 21-41655)
• Represented various landlords, secured creditors, and DIP lenders in retail and restaurant bankruptcies, including Tuesday Morning, JCPenny, Chuck E. Cheese, GNC, Pier1, J.Crew, Fresh Acquisitions, Cici’s Pizza, and others
• Assisted in representing secured creditors in numerous oil and gas bankruptcies (Bankr. S.D. Tex. 20-33233 and 20-3120, Bankr. E.D. Tex. 22-60301)
• Represented various parties in fraudulent transfer, preference, non-dischargeability, and other bankruptcy litigation throughout the United States
