Winstead PC has added an experienced attorney from Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders LLP to its Corporate, Securities/M&A Practice Group in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Manny Clark has joined the firm as a shareholder, Winstead said in a Wednesday statement. Clark comes from Troutman Pepper, where he was counsel for over two years, he told Law360 Pulse in a Monday interview.
