Winstead PC announced that Kacie Byrd has joined the firm as an associate in the Public Finance Practice Group in the firm’s Dallas office.
Byrd’s practice encompasses assisting clients with development projects from beginning to end. Through the use of creative financing tools, she is able to help clients develop public-private partnerships to bring projects to fruition. Byrd’s experience includes working with developers, as well as government entities.
Byrd obtained her J.D. from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law. She received an M.P.A. and a B.S. in public affairs from the University of Texas at Dallas.”
