Firm founder Pete Winstead was honored on April 29, by the Austin Business Journal with the 2015 W. Neal Kocurek Commercial Real Estate Special Achievement Award.  The award was part of the program for the 2015 Commercial Real Estate Awards dinner at the Four Seasons Hotel in Austin.  This event recognized the projects and people behind them that exemplify best practices in building and development and have the biggest impact on the Austin community.  Pete’s award presentation included a video featuring Michael Dell and the Austin Business Journal ran a full page feature on Pete in the May 1 publication (read here).
