Winstead Attorneys Work on Best Real Estate Deals in DBJ

The 23rd Annual Dallas Business Journal Best Real Estate Deals publication revealed several finalists and winners that were Winstead clients and involved Winstead attorneys.  Among the winners were:

Dallas Farmers Market – Best Community Impact Deal: Tommy Mann, Kirk Williams and Preston Munster worked on the rezoning for the Farmer’s Market; Tommy Mann, Kirk Williams, and Laura Hoffman worked on the rezoning for the signage for the Farmer’s Market.

Windsong Ranch – Best Single Family/Planned Community Deal: Carey Gunn Venditti, Bob Burton, Emily Jung worked on development/build-out planning, master governance structuring, platting and city compliance issues.  Prepared and implemented master governance documents.

The Taylor – Best Multifamily Development Deal: Jeff Matthews and Cole Evans worked on development.

The Olympic Project – Most Creative Financing Deal: (1401 Elm) Ed Peterson and Barry Knight worked on loan related issues.  Tommy Mann and Laura Hoffman are working on the rezoning for the signage for 1401 Elm.  This project was also a finalist in the Mixed-Use Development Deal-Urban category.

1000 Singleton – Best Land Transaction Deal: Tommy Mann, Kirk Williams, and Laura Hoffman worked on the rezoning for the Stonelake/Streetlights mixed use project.

Wildlife Commerce Park – Best Industrial Development Deal: Greg Zimmerman worked on this project.

Finalists:

Chisholm Trail Ranch – Single-Family/Planned Community Deal: Tom Helfand, Carey Venditti, Bob Burton, Jenny Cook and Kristi Stotts worked on this project.
