Starr is an influential patent attorney with more than 12 years of experience representing clients in patent litigation, trials, and appeals involving a wide range of technologies and products including industrial equipment and machinery, telecommunications, athletic shoes and apparel, consumer products, computer-implemented healthcare solutions, and e-commerce and Internet-based systems and methods,. Starr received his J.D. from Washington University School of Law, where he served as primary notes editor of the Washington University Law Review.
