Dallas, TX, Apr. 1, 2013 — Law firm Winstead PC named shareholder Eli Columbus practice group leader of the firm’s business restructuring/bankruptcy practice group. He works on a wide range of bankruptcy and restructuring matters for a diverse group of clients, including secured creditors, unsecured creditors, creditor committees, debtors, liquidating plan trustees, and buyers of distressed assets.
