Houston, July 17, 2012 — Amy R. Granoff has joined Winstead PC as a shareholder in finance and banking. Granoff’s practice focuses on representing financial institutions, borrowers and issuers in structuring, negotiating and documenting commercial lending and other financial transactions. She joins Winstead from the Houston office of Haynes and Boone, LLP.

Granoff’s extensive experience spans various industries and includes bilateral and syndicated credit facilities of all types and complexities, including secured transactions, acquisition financings, MLP’s, letters of credit, derivatives, asset-based financings and oil and gas reserve-based financings. She also advises debtors and creditors in loan workouts and restructurings. Granoff is licensed in New York and Texas, and she received her J.D. from New York University School of Law.
