Winstead's Greg Erwin Elected Chairman of the Houston District Council of the Urban Land Institute (ULI)
Houston, July 2, 2012 — Winstead shareholder Greg Erwin was elected to serve as chairman of the Houston District Council of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) for a two-year term. Erwin is co-chair of Winstead's well-known real estate development & investments practice group.
Board certified in commercial real estate law and residential real estate law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Erwin brings 30 years of experience as a real estate practitioner to his clients, handling some of the most complex real estate deals for some of the biggest clients in the nation, including New York Stock Exchange REITs, privately held development firms and wealthy individuals.
