Winstead’s Cheryl Cain Crabbe Named Managing Shareholder of The Woodlands Office

The Woodlands, TX – Winstead shareholder Cheryl Cain Crabbe has been named managing shareholder of The Woodlands Office.

Crabbe practices in Winstead’s wealth preservation practice group, focusing on tax-sensitive estate planning, estate administration, trust administration, and family wealth transfer for closely-held business owners, executives of publicly traded companies, and other high net worth individuals and their families. She also provides innovative counsel to individual and corporate fiduciaries on matters involving trusts and estates.

Crabbe is board certified in estate planning and probate by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas, and was recently elected as a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. She has been named a Texas Super Lawyer and a Best Lawyer in America in her practice. Crabbe received her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center, summa cum laude.
