G. Thomas Boswell Reappointed to the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History Board
Fort Worth, Sept. 12, 2011 – G. Thomas Boswell, managing shareholder of the Fort Worth Office of Winstead PC, has been re-elected to the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History Board and appointed as a member of the Executive Committee and Finance Committee.
Boswell works in Winstead's Corporate, Securities/Mergers and Acquisitions practice group, concentrating on corporate law matters for clients. He is board certified in Estate Planning and Probate by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and he is a fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation and a member of the State Bar of Texas. Recently, Boswell was also re-elected to the Cook Children's Healthcare System Board and the Cook Children's Foundation Board, and appointed to the Executive Committee, the Trusteeship Committee and Executive Compensation Committee.
