Winstead Expands Commercial Real Estate Practice in Fort Worth; Adds Shareholder Noelle Garsek

Fort Worth, TX, Mar. 3, 2011 – Law firm Winstead PC announced that they have expanded their commercial real estate practice in Fort Worth, beginning with the relocation of Shareholder Noelle Garsek to the Fort Worth Office. Garsek has been a part of Winstead's commercial real estate practice since 2001. Her legal experience includes all aspects of commercial real estate, with an emphasis on acquisitions, dispositions and development of real property, commercial leasing transactions, and healthcare real estate.

Winstead is known for its sophisticated level of commercial real estate experience in Texas and nationally, and Garsek is excited about the prospect of building Winstead's real estate practice further in Tarrant County. Garsek said her practice in Tarrant County will benefit from Winstead's deep bench of commercial real estate attorneys and that she will continue expanding services to benefit clients in North Texas and nationally. She is a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and The Real Estate Council (TREC), and she is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas and the Tarrant County Bar Association. Garsek received her J.D. cum laude from SMU Dedman School of Law and was managing editor of SMU Law Review Association.
