FORT WORTH, TX, October 28, 2022—Winstead PC announced today Jarratt Watkins has joined the firm’s Corporate Securities and M&A group as a shareholder based in the Fort Worth office.

Jarratt works with clients across all facets of mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, corporate and securities matters and corporate finance. He works with privately held and publicly traded companies as well as private equity firms on dispositions, internal restructuring, complex mergers and acquisitions.
Jarratt has worked on behalf of clients in a broad range of industries including manufacturing, aerospace, technology, retail goods, financial services, energy, and entertainment. He took a leave of absence from his prior firm and worked as the Executive Director of Fort Worth Now, whose mandate included the economic recovery and business growth of Fort Worth following the COVID-19 pandemic.
Jarratt graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. and he earned his J.D. from Southern Methodist University.
