Winstead PC is pleased to announce that Shareholder Jeff Chadwick has been appointed Chair of the Estate & Gift Taxes Committee of the Tax Section of the American Bar Association (ABA). He began serving as Chair on July 1, 2020, and will serve a two-year term.

The ABA Tax Section is a national organization with more than 14,000 members. The Estate and Gift Taxes Committee provides high quality continuing legal education programs to its members on estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax topics. It also serves as a forum for professionals around the country to discuss cutting edge wealth transfer strategies for high net worth families.  

Jeff is excited and honored to begin serving in this role, as he believes it will add significant value to his client and professional relationships. 

Jeff’s practice focuses on trust and estate planning for business owners, corporate executives, professional athletes, among other high net worth individuals. He strives to provide innovative and practical solutions to a wide range of legal matters, including wealth transfer planning, trust and estate administration, business formation and succession, asset protection, charitable giving, and premarital planning.
