Jennifer Kukla Joins Winstead’s Real Estate Finance, Default Resolution & Servicing Practice Group
DALLAS, July 18, 2017, — Jennifer Kukla has joined Winstead's Real Estate Finance, Default Resolution & Servicing Practice Group as Of Counsel in the Dallas office.
Jennifer’s practice focuses on commercial real estate and finance transactions. She counsels investment banks, commercial banks, life insurance companies and other institutional lenders in all aspects of complex commercial real estate finance transactions, including the origination of commercial mortgage loans intended for securitization.
Jennifer brings experience in financing of multifamily properties through the Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting & Servicing product line and the Freddie Mac Seller-Servicer program. She has extensive experience with mortgage loan origination, including multiborrower, multiproperty and multistate financings, tenants-in-common borrowing structures, affordable housing, cash management, construction, bridge, mezzanine and ground leases.

Jennifer received her J.D., cum laude, from Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law in 2001. She previously practiced at Cassin & Cassin LLP.
