Elizabeth Franko Fruth Joins Winstead’s Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group
DALLAS, Aug. 17, 2017, — Elizabeth Franko Fruth has joined Winstead's Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group as Of Counsel in the Dallas office.
Elizabeth’s practice focuses on real estate matters representing developers, institutional investors, lenders and borrowers in real estate transactions including acquisition and disposition, leasing, financing and condominium formation.
She was previously in-house real estate counsel for Macerich, a publicly-traded shopping mall ownership REIT and negotiated retail and restaurant leases in such capacity.

Elizabeth received her J.D., cum laude, from Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law in 2009.
