DALLAS, Oct. 17, 2017, — Amy Robilio Reed has joined Winstead's Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group as Of Counsel in the Dallas office.

Her practice is focused on development, operations and administration of mixed use, commercial and residential condominium projects. Amy is also experienced in commercial development of unimproved and improved land for industrial, oil and gas and retail uses. She represents condominium developers, commercial developers, owner associations, management companies, brokers, homebuilders and property owners on complex real estate transactions.

Before joining Winstead, Amy was Associate General Counsel for Hillwood Development Company for more than nine years, and practiced as a solo firm owner for five years. As a result of this unique combination of legal and business experience, Amy brings exceptional insight to clients.

Amy received her J.D. in 2003 after beginning her legal education at St. Mary’s School of Law and completing her law degree at Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law.
