Winstead Shareholder Chris Pepper Named BTI Client Service All-Star

02.15.17

AUSTIN, Feb. 15, 2017, — Winstead Energy & Environmental Shareholder Chris Pepper has been named a Client Service All-Star for 2017 by BTI Consulting Group (BTI). Pepper’s inclusion in this elite group of 319 attorneys is based on more than 300 in-depth, independent interviews with legal decision makers at the world’s leading organizations.

BTI’s Client Service All-Star list is the only independently researched, client-driven ranking of attorneys—surveying more than 300 corporate counsel, in an unprompted manner, if there is an attorney who truly stands out as delivering the absolute best client service—by name.

No attorney can lobby to be added to list, there is no self-submission process, and law firms cannot provide names of clients to be contacted.

“Being identified as a BTI Client Service All-Star is a real honor, as it is the result of feedback from our clients to an independent, unbiased, third party,” notes Winstead CEO David Dawson. “We are very proud of Chris and the trust and confidence he engenders with our clients.”

Pepper’s practice focuses on air quality and environmental matters and regulatory programs established by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). He is recognized throughout Texas for his experience in guiding clients through the environmental permitting process, including the initial application, technical review, and public notice and meeting procedures. He also represents clients in contested proceedings before the State Office of Administrative Hearings (SOAH).
