Congratulations to shareholder Kristen Sherwin who has been selected as a Diversity Fellow and will serve for the next three years on the ABA Forum on Construction Law.  As a Diversity Fellow, Kristen will be attending the Forum’s annual meetings and have the opportunity to join one of the steering committees of the Forum’s thirteen Divisions.  The Forum’s leadership initiated a fellowship program with the goal of introducing the Forum to diverse construction lawyers and drawing these lawyers into the ranks of active, long-term members.  The process to be selected was a competitive application and interview process and candidates needed to have at least three years of construction law experience.   As a Fellow, Kristen is eligible for several benefits, including reimbursement for travel to meetings and a waiver of membership dues.
