Winstead shareholder John Bergner has been appointed a council director for the ABA Section of Taxation for a three-year term. John also serves on the Nominating Committee and is the section representative to the ABA’s Standing Committee on CLE.  John previously chaired the Tax Section’s Estate and Gift Tax Committee and Continuing Legal Education Committee.  John is chair of Winstead’s Wealth Preservation Practice Group
