Congratulations to Winstead consultant Price Ashley who was recently listed as the number 11 "Rising Star" lobbyist in Texas by the Capitol Inside, a news source about Texans who run government and what they are doing to lead.  Price provides consulting services to the firm’s clients which include efforts to develop legislative strategies and communication plans, and to advise clients and legislators on the implications of legislative and regulatory policy. He works to secure passage or non-passage of legislation, as needed by the client.
