Shareholder Eli Columbus was part of a luncheon panel presenting “The Fallout from Falling Oil Prices” in Charlotte on Jan. 29, 2015.  The event was presented by the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) Carolinas Chapter and held in the Charlotte City Club.  Eli was joined on the panel by Rob Albergotti from AlixPartners and Larry Herman from Raymond James.  The luncheon was sponsored by AlixPartners and Chase and was well attended.  Eli is the chair of Winstead’s Business Restructuring/Bankruptcy Practice Group and a member of the Syndicated Finance and Energy Lending Practice Groups and the Turnaround and Workout Industry Group.   Visit: turnaround.org
