Fort Worth, TX, Sep. 9, 2014 — Winstead PC welcomes Charlie Florsheim, a shareholder in Winstead’s corporate, securities/mergers and acquisitions practice group. Florsheim was previously a partner at Cantey Hanger LLP.
Florsheim represents clients in corporate legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities regulation, entity formation and structure, and corporate governance. He is a legal advisor in venture capital and private equity matters, SEC reporting and compliance and franchising. His clients include, among others, companies in the food and beverage, insurance and health care industries.
He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Tarrant County Bar Association and a graduate of the leading edge program of Leadership Fort Worth. Florsheim serves on the Fort Worth Country Day Alumni Council. He received his J.D. cum laude from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and an editor for SMU Law Review.
