Following a brief discussion of the various regulatory agencies, this presentation will provide an overview of key regulatory laws and concepts impacting commercial lending. Topics to be addressed include the Bank Anti-Tying Act, equity kickers, lending limits, margin securities regulations, suspicious activity reports, the Patriot Act, and anti-terrorism laws.

This course has been approved for MCLE credit by the State Bar of Texas Committee on MCLE in the amount of 1 credit hour.
