EPA is Moving Forward with Implementation of New TSCA- Are you Prepared?

Join us in September for an informal discussion on the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (“EPA”) recent release of its 2017 Unified Regulatory Agenda and plans to issue and finalize new rules under the Toxic Substances Control Act (“TSCA”). Our discussion will specifically highlight EPA’s “Lookback” Reporting Rule, which was published to the Federal Register on August 11, 2017, several rules in the final rule making stage, including EPA’s new rules on the procedures for evaluating and prioritizing chemical risks. We’ll also discuss several rules in the proposal phase, including rules on proposed service fees, chemical data reporting, and voluntary consensus standards.
