Many of the recently issued shelter in place orders exempt services necessary to maintain the safety, sanitation, and essential operation of residences. This exemption will apply to staff, employees, and vendors responsible for security services, maintenance and repair services, inspection services related to compliance with health, safety, and sanitation rules, and employees responsible for cleaning and sanitizing areas where authorized activities take place.
