Sean McCormick

Sean McCormick is a member of Winstead’s Public Finance Practice Group. Sean's practice focuses on the use of special districts, including public improvement districts and tax increment reinvestment zones, as tools to fund development. Before joining Winstead, Sean practiced in the Open Records Division at the Office of the Attorney General for the State of Texas and represented property owners in evictions and foreclosure proceedings throughout Central Texas.
