Sahrish Soleja is a member of Winstead’s Business Litigation Practice Group. Sahrish manages disputes for a wide range of industries and is highly experienced in procedure. Sahrish has extensive experience in all facets of bankruptcy and bankruptcy-related litigation matters. Sahrish is concentrating her practice on representing individuals and corporations in high stakes litigation, and bankruptcy litigation. Sahrish is a problem solver and uses her prior bankruptcy experience to build a thoughtful and proactive litigation strategy from the very beginning to further her client’s goals and keeps her clients involved at every step. Sahrish is personable and detail-oriented. 

Prior to joining Winstead, Sahrish practiced with a large firm in Dallas and focused her practice in bankruptcy and restructuring. 

Prior to private practice, she clerked for the Honorable E. Lee Morris of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas and the Honorable Karen K. Brown (Ret.) of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas, where she learned invaluable experience.

  • Debtors’ counsel to Fresh Acquisitions, LLC (Furr’s Fresh Buffet®, Old Country Buffet®, Tahoe Joe’s Famous Steakhouse® and others). In Re Fresh Acquisitions, LLC Case No. 21-30721 (Bankr. N.D. Tex.)
  • Debtors’ counsel to the owner, operator, and franchisor of pizza restaurants with approx. 318 locations across 26 states. In Re CiCi’s Holdings, Inc. Case No. 21-30146 (Bankr. N.D. Tex.)
  • Debtors’ counsel to Eagle Pipe, LLC, a full-service distribution company for oil country tubular goods, line pipe and poly pipe, in the successful sales of the company’s assets and settlements of complex litigation claims asserted by the company’s primary suppliers.  In re Eagle Pipe, LLC, Case No. 20-34879 (Bankr. S.D. Tex.)
  • Liquidating Trustee’s counsel to Gold’s Gym.  In re GGI Holdings, Case No. 20-31318 (Bankr. N.D. Tex.)
