Mark Carlson is a member of Winstead's Real Estate Finance, Default Resolution & Servicing Practice Group. Mark has represented major banking institutions with respect to every aspect of originating, securitizing, servicing and liquidating commercial and residential mortgage transactions. Mark also has substantial experience with litigation and mediation of complex commercial disputes related to lender liability, mortgage fraud, corporate governance, securitized mortgage servicing, and real estate finance, acquisition and development.
