Lisa Dyar has been practicing environmental law for more than 18 years. She has represented clients in the energy, chemical, mining, manufacturing and waste disposal sectors on a wide range of environmental issues. Lisa advises clients in permitting, compliance and enforcement matters, and participates in developing legislative and rulemaking strategies. Lisa served as a senior enforcement attorney with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality’s Litigation Division where she was lead counsel for some of the agency’s most complex and high profile air and multimedia enforcement cases and was recognized for her outstanding leadership. Lisa's wide range of environmental and regulatory experiences include a significant focus on air quality matters.
