Katie Gold is a member of Winstead's Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group. Her practice focuses on commercial leasing, including retail, restaurant, office and industrial leasing on behalf of both national and regional landlords and tenants. She is also experienced in a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, commercial development, and real estate-related environmental and bankruptcy matters.

Representative Experience

  • Leasing: Represents landlords/developers and tenants in lease preparation, review and negotiations, lease workouts, evictions and other enforcement actions, and brokerage, management and other related matters for retail, office and industrial projects, including shopping center, strip center, multi-use and condominium projects.
  • Acquisition and Development: Represents developers and investors in all stages of development of office, retail, mixed-use, condominium, multi-family, single family and other projects, including acquisitions and sales, development agreements, restrictive covenant agreements and other title, environmental, land use and development matters.

  • The representation of an owner in the leasing of its 1,000,000+ square foot office building in the Houston central business district
  • The representation of an owner in the leasing of its 1,000,000+ square foot office building in the Dallas central business district

  • The representation of an owner in the leasing of its 250,000 square foot office building in Houston, Texas
  • The representation of an owner in the leasing of its 150,000 square foot shopping center in Houston, Texas
  • The representation of an owner in the leasing of its 125,000 square foot mixed use shopping center in suburban Dallas, Texas
