Ingrid Silfvast-Kaiser

Ingrid Silfvast-Kaiser works with banks, financial institutions and institutional lenders on real estate financing and transactions. As a member of our Finance & Lending Practice Group Ingrid is involved in negotiating commercial transactions while supporting our clients’ on-going legal needs within the banking sector. 

She has experience in title and survey examination and due diligence in matters relating to residential and commercial real estate transactions, along with asset purchases. Ingrid has prior experience working with borrowers in commercial lending transactions secured by real estate, specifically those financed through CMBS loans.

Ingrid also acts for private companies in business formation and governance, and regularly counsels clients in the acquisitions and dispositions of office buildings, light industrial, warehouse space, and raw land.
